From first contact until post-event, EventColour have provided incredible customer service along with their amazing products. I have not found a cheaper provider of safe, non-toxic, environmentally sound colour run paint in the UK. The customer care is second to none, with suggestions around stock ordering, activities on the day to enhance the experience as well as income and reassurance in follow up emails for a nervous first time colour run event co-ordinator. The delivery was timely, safe and completely water-tight until needed. The pre-packs of paint are a must for additional supporter experience and fundraising ask. We had over 300 colour runners at our first event and everyone had an amazing experience. We have booked for next year and will be ordering in confidence from this reliable and knowledgeable organisation again.
